After dealing with some city inspection and personal life delays, this project is a wrap! Although this condo was pretty dated, it had potential.

The biggest two challenges were opening up the drywall encased entry & kitchen and updating the laminate & formica party that was going down in the kitchen & bath.

After removing a lot of drywall & those bizarre upper cabinets over the kitchen bar, it became a lot more open. We leveled the kitchen bar to a single height and replaced the formica with gorgeous granite.

Removing the entry closet really helped open the entry space.

New flooring & paint made a world of difference.

The bedroom, bath & loft got their updates too.

Onto the next thing..... happy renovating!
