This custom home was built from the ground up. We found a very special end-of-the culdesac lot in north Boulder. My inspiration for the layout was a home I had toured a couple of years prior at a Parade of Homes in Denver. Also, a gracious front porch was a feature I had always wanted (yes, this one is my personal residence). My design goal was "mountain contemporary".
